We are converts from Domino's to Papa Johns. We think the taste is superior. Prices and offers are very good too. Went into the shop today to order. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.Food: 5/5

Wow what absolutely awful service and disgraceful customer service from KATRINA the so called manager. She needs sacking, she will destroy your business you have worked so hard for in a heart beat! I ordered and paid for 2 portions of garlic knots, they sent one as she tells me she made them and she put two portions in one box  doubt they very much the box wasn't even full, is there a box shortage? Then asked me to pay extra for bottle of pop, absolutely fine but then didn't send it and tripped herself up twice telling me string of lies, oh sorry reasons why they just want to take hard earned money from customers and Rob them off not only a bottle of pop but a whole box of garlic dough balls too. Because we can all afford to give money away .  The worst part is her manner, her customer aervice and management skills are diabolical and will be reporting this to trianing standards as she wasn't prepared to allow me to discuss this with her boss or the owners who deserve to know what their employees are doing to their business because the owners are actually really nice people.  Delivery driver was lovely BTW he did a great job

There is  so many bad reviews on here. I didn't listen at all and I tried it and no problem at all staff was very friendly and pizzas are so delicious. Food: 5/5

Great, as long as you don’t mind food poisoning.  Entire family struck down with bad stomachs after an impromptu visit here.  Order process fine. 50% off with Meerkat Meals.  On collection, the place was utter chaos. The server literally had a face covered in flour from pizza preparation. Quite how the flour your working with ends up on your face, I’m not sure.  Pizzas looked good, smelled good and tasted good but whole family have had bad stomachs all night since.  May be a coincidence, but obvious poor hygiene in store makes you put two and two together.  Won’t be going back.

Collected our XXL pizza for 7.99. Everything was hot and cooked well. Came with a hot chilli which I thought was a great touch. Not tried deliver but would recommend collection.

Well we will never order from here again. What a disappointment! Ordered two pizzas.....one was not what we ordered and the other didnt taste very nice so we didn't eat it and ordered somewhere else.

Just had a pizza delivery from Papa John's in cleveleys, I am sorry to say it was possibly the worst takeaway I have had. The food was overcooked ,dried up and tasteless, very disappointed and 30 quid lighter . I could carry on, but it's pointless.

This was my favourite pizza place but the past few collections and deliverys I've had its not been good or tasty.. Time to try somewhere else now. Bye!

Despite the previous negative reviews we thought we'd give it a go and we weren't disappointed! You have to consider teething problems with a new business and new staff who are still learning ... We've all been there! We were given a 45 minute delivery slot, which given it was a Bank Holiday, was more than acceptable. In fact the food arrived within 25 minutes, it was hot and freshly cooked. The whole family enjoyed their choices thoroughly :- Good job Papa John's .... We will definitely be back

Pretty dreadful service to be completely honest. We ordered two XXL pizzas and one of them didn't have BBQ sauce on even though we requested it. So we rang up and they said they'll send another pizza out to us and that we need to swap it for the old pizza. After 45 minutes we decided to ring back and ask where this new pizza was and they said it was on the way. 20 minutes later it still wasn't here bearing in mind we live round the corner, about a 2 minute drive. It finally arrived and it was wrong AGAIN, NO BBQ SAUCE FOR THE SECOND TIME. We're currently waiting for the THIRD pizza and everything else is now stone cold.  Really disappointing. The pizza is really good, but it's not worth having to wait an hour and a half after making the first complaint for the original order being wrong.  Staff weren't exactly very nice either over the phone.
