Great service and staff friendly as always few people in waiting for about 7/minutes no problem

Great store visit today Danielle helped me build a new bracelet.10/10 As for the people that say they have been ignored I find a bit childish.if they don't approach you then you can approach them. If that's too scary then shop online

Very friendly and helpful staff

All shops in Manchester and UK are very good!

So much to choose from but I always manage to find exactly what I want

Trafford centre store staff &  lay out of store are tonnes better, the Arndale one needs new light bulbs too!!

Bit disappointing... overpriced sterling silver stuff. Came for repair and been charged even it's under warranty... but.. still pleasant and amazing staff and sparkling shop

Great little place to pick up for that special someone.  Staff helpful but not pushy
