We received a superb service from Scott at the Trafford Centre. He was informative, attentive and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our choice of watch. We will definitely shop there again. Couldn't recommend enough!

I've had a very positive experience every time I came in the shop. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The prices are good and the products are very qualitative.

Fantastic service from start to finish yet again. I used this branch last year for our engagement rings and have just been back to get my fiancées wedding ring, PLUS I’ll be back next week to get my own!!! Prices and choice are very reasonable but more importantly the staff are brilliant and add a real welcoming and personal touch - it makes a refreshing change from the robotic, upselling stance that exists nowadays elsewhere. I’d gladly and easily recommend to others 100%

Went in for a last minute repair on a chain i have as i’m going on holiday in a few days. Customer service was great, I was given a few options and the repair was completed within 10 minutes. Very satisfied customer.

Was greeted on entry to the store and helped to view chains I’d seen in the window. The store person was friendly and helpful. I wanted to see and try a few chains and he was patient while I tried them encouraging me to make decision by showing me how they looked in the mirror. Settled on a lovely simple chain. Would shop here again, plenty of choice and friendly helpful staff.

Greeted warmly by staff members. Shown earrings I had seen in window and was able to choose a pair that suited me.  Everything was a smooth experience and my purchase was packaged nicely.

I was served by a very caring assistant, called Jacob. His patience, diligence and help made my choice just perfect for my grandson's 18th birthday. It was a joy to shop at Hinds due to this wonderful service.

AVOID! Incredible rude staff, who slam phone down on customers! Complaints team who offer no support and managers who avoid dealing with situations or talking to customers…..never buy from them again, and insurance if fake!  Purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter. Insurance is a once time claim only, but you are never told this. So on second time the earrings are lost at school, the insurance claim is void, because they never tell you to take a new insurance out. Staff member admitted it was their fault but offer no customer resolution or satisfaction. Instead she slams the phone down. Contact their customer service team who tell me it’s the customers responsibility to read T&Cs , what about sellers responsibility at point of sale?! Manager is always “unavailable “ and never returned a call. Partner has to call in disguise to get through to management. In short, if you want good customer service where staff are not rude, want to service with a smile and offer you an enjoyable experience, go to another jeweller in the Trafford centre.

Very good service as usual. Got the gift I wanted. It was ordered and delivered to me as promised and very quickly. Very professional staff.

Bought a watch which turned out to be faulty, went back with it, they sent it off to Bulova. After 5 weeks they returned it back with scratches all over the bracelet and said it wasn’t faulty and that I may have been wearing the watch too tight. The manager is disingenuous to say the least and their complaints department will try everything to avoid a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
