Couldn't be happier with my experience! Staff are so sweet and helpful and the ring selection & quality is AMAZING! I went in not knowing my ring size or what I really wanted but the staff helped me pick out a ring that complimented my completion, my exact size and in the sale! Wish I could rate 10 stars!
Carolyn was super helpful and kind i had a better experience here than at the trafford centre. Staff had all the time in the world for me and made me feel really welcome. Would recommend this store over trafford centre store any day !!!
What lovely staff, today we picked up our wedding rings. Service on buying them was just lovely. I have to be truthful we did visit the trafford centre shop and the lady was rude and not helpful at all so i was a little reluctant in going in the arndale shop but so glad I did. We have been served by 3 different staff members on the occasions and the standard of them all was great. Lovely kind and they made the experience truly lovely. Thank you. Maybe the staff from the arndale should train the trafford centre staff.
I was looking for a birthday present for my wife and called in to Ernest Jones in Manchester Arndale. I was served by Georgia and Carolyn who were absolutely superb. They couldn’t help me enough and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for that special gift.
Lindsay & the store manager are so professional & friendly. I’d been looking for a Rado watch for my special birthday and they couldn’t have been more helpful. 5 star treatment !

This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. I went in Ernest jones looking for an engagement ring and the staff were so helpful and could answer all of my questions with no problem at all. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction my fiancée loves it. 10/10
