The Pandora Store is located within the Carillon Court Shopping Centre next door to Tylers Department Store and showcases all of Pandora’s beautiful collection including charms, bracelets, rings and the NEW Essence Collection.

Wanted a specific Pandora charm for my birthday but it wasn't in stock. The assistant was very helpful and checked to see if it was available at another of their stores. She located one and ordered it for me. She informed me there was no obligation to buy. There was no guarantee it would arrive for my birthday, but having said that it did! Very happy.
I found my shopping experience very enjoyable as the staff gave me feel like a VIP. I was nervous as I was buying my Queen her Christmas present and I didn't want to buy something tacky, I shouldn't have worried, well done pandora staff.
Ready nice staff and great products
The staff in this store are amazing.. I had a couple of bracelets that had broken and the lady who served me couldn’t have been anymore helpful She went above and beyond to solve my problems but I’ve forgotten her name, her cashier number is 7072 if that’s any help, maybe it’d be a good idea to have the staffs name on the receipt?!
I just want too thank you all at Loughborough Pandora! I came in with some items! Even though one of the items was old! they still made my day by replacing everything with no worries! Lovely girls!
Couldn't make my mind up but staff were very patient and helpful, taking into account the jewelry I already had and making good recommendations. Massive help if you're indecisive like me :
Lovely, friendly,helpful staff.Alot more pleasant than the fosse park one.Helped me choose the right thing for my daughter and exchanged a ring as it was slightly too big with no hassle.Fosse park staff could do with learning customer service from the loughborough shop staff.Was a lot nicer experience going here
The girls in here can't help enough, they go above and beyond to help every time I've been in to the store very professional and a great service.
Super-friendly staff it's almost like they're trying to sell you something, loads on display, so plenty to choose from, and you genuinely feel welcome there - especially if you're spending some cash. On that note, that's what Pandora loses it's star for - the expense. The charms themselves are tiny and very expensive for what they are, but hey you're paying for the name I guess. Yay capitalism.
Not too pleased with this store, as i often shop at Pandora. They sorted out my bracelet as a charm was broken. In the mean time lost another. I had to ring to sort but they seemed reluctant to help. They replaced in the end. The annoying part was i had just spent over £400 pounds in the store. I wont go back there. My advice is just check you things before you leave as the after care was not the best.
