went here for a valuation and advice regarding an item of jewellery staff knowledge very poor, attitude very snooty ,very unfriendly sales driven only !! customer service needs a massive overhaul

Reason for only 4 stars was the service I received when leaving a watch. They kept the watch for 2 weeks and I had to ask for it to be returned as they could not service it.

I needed to have links removed from my ceramic watch. Not only were Denhams Jewellers one of the few that were willing and able to do that, they also had the best price. The service was excellent and I would not want to go to anyone else! Full marks.
