Got the lamb shank. Everything that came to the table was very tasty. It was served in a bowl with a fresh baked bread lid, which was very tasty. The menu stated there was rosemary roasted potatoes in the dish. I therefore expected a few tasty roast potatoes as a side. However, all I got was 3 tiny halves of boiled baby potatoes in the bowl. It took the shine off what was a good dish. It was just a but misrepresented.

Very very disappointing customer service on Sat 12/5/18. We found a bone in a chicken burger by biting on it and when we informed the waitor we were told 'that is the way they come from the supplier'. We asked to speak to the manager, but there was no manager on site so the waitor proceeded to tell the colleague in charge who ignored us until we called him over. Rather than apologising immediately, excuses were made about the supplier of the chicken. I am sorry but no matter where you go chicken burgers do not have bones in them! We were out for a birthday meal and ended up spending it disgusted at how we were being treated. When confronted the staff seemed very flustered and unsure about what to say or do (few awkward silences). Previously regular customers.. we will not be back to Pandini's!

Great coffee in comfortable surroundings. The staff are very efficient and courteous. Always a pleasure to visit.

Great time in PANDINIS it was my mother's birthday the guys surprised her with a lovely dessert thank you very much. Food was fab as always. Niamh 😘
