Not great usually very good app said food was on time for delivery time it wasn't then when said its out for delivery ages then randomly completed an food didn turn up until like 25 mins later ands was cold aswel! I don't no of apache monitors comments but they really need to! Also never gave us the chips charger 4 euro for!
Worst people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Ordered food for someone who had no phone which I mentioned to the person on the phone Delivery driver called me and I explained that it wasn’t my number and I was ordering for someone else- to which he responded by going on my watsapp and sending me a picture of my 1- year old sister and calling me on No caller ID and shouting.
I won't be ordering from here again, very disappointed
Food was good but staff weren’t well trained at all. They were quite rude.
I thought the point of franchise like Apache is to keep food quality at the same level in all locations. Well, it's not. This Apache is so much worse than the one in Tallaght. Update August 2022: Gave it another chance and I regret it now. Everything is so much below Apache standards; dough was especially bad, extremely thin and very hard to chew, almost like pizza is not their main business, they are trying to save on ingredients as well, there was maybe 50% of what I usually get and they even messed up fried chicken. I'm reducing my rating by another star and will never be crazy enough to visit again.
Absolutely the worst customer service if ever along with management, they have no clue on how to treat people, the manager had to be worst person I have ever dealt with, the staff are no better, however if they are being trained by their manager in Newlands Cross well that’s the problem, Apache Newlands are not one bit customer friendly, absolutely disgusting behavior from the ALL the staff there…. I still cannot get over how they spoke to me and my daughter on the phone…. Apache Pizza Newlands Cross shame on you…
If i could give this kip no stars i would. Rang from a site im working on less than five minutes literally up the road from them i had no eir code reason been because its a new site which i explain person on the other end of the phone has not got a clue. Offer to meet at a easy place for them within a two minute walk for me still no cant deliver. Explained my situation in plain English and still no understanding of what i was saying. Now seen some of the reviews om glad i didnt get my food.
Over cooked pizza, base was dry and hard. Extra cheese was missing. Chicken tenders where far from tender, they where more chicken rubber, and the coating was like saw dust.
Worst customer service Iv ever come across in a business. I can't even count how many times they have messed up our order! I still order cause I like the food but oh my god the management is so bad. Last time I ordered they got my order completely wrong... rang up and told them said they would give me half price next time, I was happy with that. Rang tonight explained we should have half price, the manager argued with me on the phone said he couldn't remember and he was too busy to deal with me and if I wanted to order would have to pay full price. I did so as I'm starving but, the level of customer service from the manager was so bad I had to ask to be put back onto the girl who's counter staff as she was a lot more helpful. Never complain but with been such a loyal customer I say my order has only ever been right twice in 3 years.
Stone cold and pizza slices were all over the box!
