Great food and service but feel it's very dark. Oversized lampshades and low watt bulbs make the place dull. Otherwise it ticked all the right boxes for lunch
Food was nice, Big portions. staff were ok but the lady serving us really lacked in communication and customer service skills! Added someone elses bill to ours aswell, if we hadnt noticed we wouldve paid double the amount due.
First time in Dunfermline pancake palace Food was rock hard, Items missing and cold restaurant however at the Dundee restaurant I had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had.
Excellent food
Always love coming here but due to having to keep the doors open it was freezing when i was in. Other than that the food was amazing as always!
