I went to Midsomer Norton Pets Corner shop to look for some treats for my puppy, the lovely lady assistant came over and helped my through the Do’s and Don’t with a new puppy, also advised me on diet and feeding. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you.
Fantastic selection of food, beds, treats, medications etc for your pets. The staff are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, it’s more expensive than ordering online but great if you need something quickly and don’t want to wait for delivery. Also nice to be able to support a local business.
Brillant customer service and equally brillant advice. I was in need of advice on what sort of anti pull harness would suit my dog. No only did I recieve advice but also full instructions on how to fit. Also offered to fit on my dog if I brought him to the store. Kim Cole
Went in today just to buy some dog shampoo our two dogs had rolled in a Badger toilet. The store had been having problems with a network connection for days and a newly-installed WiFi box had only functioned briefly before giving up. So, electronic scanner not working, electronic till not working, electronic cash drawer not working... Despite all of this, I was made to feel welcome and everything was explained to me in a very calm way. I paid cash, the devices were made to work and the cash drawer opened. Special thanks to Jasmine, Holly and Morgan for working so hard and being so professional.
As much as I like a lot if the products sold here, it is EXTREMELY expensive and very overpriced. I purchased 4 small cat toys which came to £31. Probably will not be visiting too often
Friendly member of staff I struggle to ask for help ushaly resulting in me giving up and leaving but I managed to ask and came away with a new dog lead I appreciated the help I did get and liked the range of products only downside is would have been really helpful to have been asked if I needed help as the shop was empty anyway and previously had staff come and offer help other than that was really good and will still go there to get Christmas and birthday presents for sisters dog
Friendly staff and a good range of products. They do sell small pets here and they seem to be well looked after - the staff sometimes get them out to let children hold/pet them
Staff were so helpful and gave me some really good advice, having a rescue dog we don’t know her breed or her past. They really spent the time to listen and what food would be best for her and tips for her separation anxiety etc. Highly recommend.
We are new dog owners and everyone has been so helpful and knowledgeable esp Julie. You can tell they all really love animals and care about their jobs/providing the best services. Looking forward to the puppy meet up in the new year.
Pets Corner has been great - our pup wasn’t getting on with her food and they were really helpful, we were able to take food back she wasn’t getting on with and get a refund, they offered samples. Customer service was on point. Really grateful for it. Thank you.
