I will never use these Solicitors again. The one receptionist isn't very nice to me, she argues with me over something totally not to do with her. They are slow at dealing with things no matter how urgent the issue is, was not listen to at all. I felt belittled by the company, miss understood, and to be honest as if they didn't really care about me or my situation. 
I felt so low after dealing with this company for a few different issues and their lack of seeing their faults that I ended up on anti depressants. 
I am not perfect but this company has three times left me confused, upset, anxious and as if I am to blame! 

I wish to have nothing to do with this company ever again!!!!!
