Unbelievably terrible company if I could have put zero stars I would have but I had to give the 1 star to be able to give my review! From start to finish poor communication we did all the chasing and the attitude was poor there isn't one thing good I could say they lied they miss lead and gave false representation they did nothing I asked of them and then when I trued to make a complaint I get ignored I'm taking my case further as the say we have been treated is apouling jade amd Andrew was the 2 we had any kind of work with very lazy and careless

Major shout out to Paige Compson and Sanjeev Sunder from The Halesowen branch for their entire efforts, time and interests in providing all the necessary legal aid and conveyancing for my 1st house purchase. These guys really are true masters of their art.  I Initially had small doubts as they were slightly dearer in cost to others but was given good reassurances from a close friend as well as the Estate Agents.  I can only apologise for these doubts because its fact that…  1 You will get more than your monies worth with Talbots Law 2 Paige/Sanjeev literally left no stone unturned. 3 You will get regular updates and find yourself not really chasing the Team which is the biggest thing you can ask for when purchasing.  They are a brilliant team! Thank you for the fantastic job. You guys deserve such higher ratings

This was my 2nd experience with this branch and i should have learnt the first time! Poor communication, i did all the chasing, they rarely returned phonecalls , emails were passive aggressive. I was unhappy with the service i received and complained about a member of staffs incompetence , i had no apology and was still allocated this member of staff. The experience left me stressed and anxious. Terrible service, i was relieved when the job was eventually completed...

My experience of the Halesowen branch could not be more different than the reviews I have seen on here.  I use a number of law firms in and around Birmingham for work and personal affairs. Quality and timekeeping are very mixed... Then I found Talbot's.  I can honestly say Talbot's have provided the best experience hands down.  Sanjeev, Jennifer and John have looked after me very well. Timelines were consistently exceeded over multiple distinct pieces of work.  Would recommend!

I decided to use Talbots, specifically Jodie Wood, following a recommendation.  Jodie handled the sale of my property and then a little while later, the purchase of my new property.  I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND JODIE, she kept me updated at all times and answered all my correspondence very quickly.  A very professional lady who knows her stuff! Thanks Jodie... You made my life easy at a very stressful time!

I have had to put one star so that I can put this message on, beware of using this company as our solicitors for moving house. Had the most awful experience with one of their solicitors were he was arrogant and did no work for us, we did all the chasing and they didn't know that the chain had broken down till 14 days after it did. Today I have had a £800.00 Bill for legal fees. I have put a complaint into the company before this arrive and I am waiting for a response to my complaint. Like I said beware of this company

I couldn’t agree more with Mark Devonports review. Arrogance on a different level to most solicitors and that’s saying something. Caused us serious amounts of uncertainty and stress, which was completely unnecessary and avoidable. We finally completed on our house but it was an extremely stressful process, due to talbots. Avoid as though your life depends on it.
