I was recommended to go to the Dudley branch to go through my divorce ...I did and am extremely happy with the service ..the receptionist Wendy was most polite and helpful .i was shown into a room with my dad and we were both asked if we woukd like a drink ..then coffee was brought in on a tray ..John was most informative and helpful and put me at ease ...nothing was too much trouble .Furthermore all my calls were answered or returned and on a couple if occasions Wendy helped me with some emergency photocopying and took care of the post for me .I can highly recommend the Dudley Branch ..it's a pity more people who are satisfied don't post on here rather than ones that complain .thank you both Wendy and John for your service .

This solicitors do not even deserve 1 star! I've never had such worse customer experience in all my life. They were quick enough to take the money but not do any work for it. Never returned any phone calls or emails, constantly had to do all the chasing. Overall absolutely appalling. Receptionist was unhelpful and patronising, solicitor was non existent and the team who were supposed to be working for her had a new person everyday! I would never use them ever again and everyone I have spoken to have had a similar experience to mine.

Used them to buy a property and they were amazing. Great communication throughout and really helpful.
