Went to the takeaway window and payed for a latte and what I got was a filter coffee with hot milk I questioned it and was told they do lattes with filter coffee at the takeaway but serve latte in the cafe I said I would rather pay for the cafe price but get what I ask for i got told that's fine but I would have to walk into the cafe for it impossible with a dog! I then said just forget it and wasn't offered my money back! 20 years in catering and hospitality and this is the first time this has happend unfortunately trading standards would have a problem with this shop selling a latte which is a espresso with heated milk as a watery filter coffee with hot till the burnt my mouth shamefully tbh and not impressed at all won't be going again
Ice cream and coffee all delicious ! Service is however really slow... Even when not busy it seems to take ages. Lots of young girls serving with no one showing them what to do. However all forgiven once we got the ice cream! Yummy!

Always loverly unfortunately really slow service as previously someone stated young girls with little clue not there fault lack of direction 4 out of 5 ice creams were wrong yesterday but ate anyways still loverly but wrong... not for first time last 3 times something has been wrong in are order, major shame as ice cream is good
The best lemon top hands down in the North East of England... Amazing! Never dissapoints... Ever!
Asked if my 3 year old granddaughter could use the toilet today and was told we don't have a toilet, which in a cafe with 10 tables or more is a legal requirement, I pointed this out and was rudely told we don't have to have 1. I was forced to run in the rain to find 1. They seem to be just getting away with this and Idon't understand how.
Use the takeaway on the sea front. A bit pricey but take the view you get what you pay for and it's worth it! Beautiful tasting ice cream, always delicious, can't fault their lemon tops, chocolate wafer sandwiches or a good old 99!Mmm...
Worst coffee I have ever tasted in actual fact no taste at all. Sorry will not be calling again.
Clean tidy. Nice coffe
Been here twice. Once to sit in and once to take out. Lovely ice cream and huge portions and not expensive. A real good find.
