It's very easy to write a glowing review about service when everything goes to plan, but when there is a hitch and it is dealt with as quickly, professionally and politely as the problem I had, that's when it's worth writing a review. They clearly care about their business and their customers and did everything to make sure things were resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you again

Pretty slow off the mark. They were mega quick to take my money and then, despite me calling four times during the 1-2 day service for an update, I finally got a call 2.5 days later. Wouldn't go there again - no urgency clearly and no feedback on collection as to what the problem was and what they'd done to resolve it.

We have been using your firm for several years now first in Midhurst and secondly from your other shop in Haslemere- we have bought our Laptops and printers and all other pc equipment from Richard- and we are so pleased with this firm -they are always extremely helpful and pleasant- a great firm to deal with. Thank you Richard.

I am very un-techy and would highly recommend PAAC IT. Always friendly, helpful and prompt, they always answer my follow up questions in a non-patronising and cheerful manor, no matter how stupid the question!
