Looking a bit shabby on the outside and inside is really grubby & dusty. It needs a refurbishment. No self service tills, no Sandwiches cold drinks, very poor.

The staff working here are not very friendly. I felt very unpleasant with their attitude and very sad with the disappointment as a long time customer. I would never want to come back to the store again.

I went to Boots, Haslemere for a general health check up. It was very professional and informative. The equipment was new and sterilised for my blood tests. It is important to me to detect any possible health problems early. I was given advice on how to improve my fitness, related to my weight to height ratio. It was an enjoyable experience. It was quick and efficient, discreet and comfortable. A warm thank you to all the staff. I would like to mention Arzu and Saira by name who were very helpful, with knowledgeable advice when helping me to choose the right vitamins and supplements for eye care for my wife.
