All round excellent service, I would recommend Chamberlain to anyone looking to purchase a piano.nI booked an appointment, and after discussing the kind of piano i was looking for, I was shown a wide selection in my budget, and allowed to play them all to my heart's content, and then some thanks Dom.nnThe delivery was made by piano specialists.nnJust had my tuning after six weeks. Henry is fantastic, very knowledgeable, willing to educate though you should tip well if you're going to ask a lot of questions, as i did, and very personable too. 10/10.nnI could not be happier that I went with Chamberlain, good piano people.

Incredibly impressed with our experience. We were able to get a Yamaha ex-display digital piano at a very competitive price. As advised, it is in pristine condition -- we're delighted. The communications were excellent -- friendly, fast and informative. Everything we ordered arrived within a couple of days and was very carefully packaged. This is definitely my go-to shop for future purchases in this area. Somewhere you can trust. Highly, highly recommended.
I was in the market for a new piano just ahead of Christmas - and I was adamant about the model I wanted, a Yamaha Avant Grand NU1X. It's an outgoing model, having been updated so not really many of them left. I had my old portable Yamaha P125 to part exchange. I'd found a few shops who had what I wanted in stock and contacted several to ask about the part exchange. Dom from Chamberlain Pianos responded to my request within minutes with a quote. The price of the piano I wanted was very reasonable, as was the valuation for my old piano. Once I'd made payment, their moving agents, F&M Elite Piano Specialists, were in touch within an hour to arrange a delivery date. Any queries I had, Dom was very quick to reply to and answer. I feel like the customer service I got from Dom and Chamberlain was absolutely first class and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, or to recommend them to somebody else. My only regret is that I couldn't get down to the shop to meet Dom and the staff and make the purchase in person. I'm now one very happy NU1X owner.
