A professional bunch, we had to sell our dads house, they came and looked at it gave us a price suggestion and listed it. They took care of everything within 3 months we had a cheque for the trust.

Unnecessarily bureaucratic and will do everything in their power to get every penny from you. 
Very poor service; as we were moving out, Grisdales organised viewings to which they would regularly turn up 30 mins late with no reasoning as to why.
Upon returning deposit they've deducted close to £100 despite a very clean house. 
It has then taken over a month for them to approve the deposit refund which is ridiculous.
