Excellent service. Cannot recommend this business enough.Sent a request for quote aftrr my daughter accidentally leant on laptop and broke screen, Tony responded immediately, took it to him and within less than 24 hrs was repaired and returned. i do not drive and said would arrange lift to collect said not a problem and delivered it back to me. Tony kept me updated throughout communication is brilliant, he even whatsapped videod to show me completed outcome. i give 5 stars all day long if was a 10 would give 10 out of 10. Highly recommended to anyone needing anything repairing. He is lovely friendly helpful man,very efficient and fadt service. Thank you so much. As you saw on returning laptop. I had one happy daughter thanks to you. Thanks again.
Excellent experience with this service. I had encountered a problem when upgrading my CPU, the same evening I was seen and my PC was being worked on. My technician went out of his way on numerous occasions to get the job done promptly and to a good standard. To give an example, he organised the cables inside my case which was outside of what was expected. Good communication - I received constant updates throughout the stages of repair. Definitely worth the 5* and I will be recommending to others. Keep it up.
I had issues loading up my PC so I contacted Tony and he instantly within minutes replied and arranged to see him next day. Tony let me know the errors with the PC and within the same day fixed it and also helped me install it. His experience, knowledge and friendly attitude is second to none and he explained all the specifications of the PC build very carefully. Would not go anywhere else other than Tony for PC issues or queries!
Very good customer service, Tony gave me frequent updates regarding the repair process and is clearly very passionate about his trade. My pc was fixed quickly and Tony made sure it was running smoothly when he gave it back to me. I Would recommend very highly.
Managed to source a replacement screen for my laptop when several other companies had failed to do so. Good communication throughout repair process. Furthermore the laptop was thoroughly tested before being returned.
Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to tony for helping me fix the issue with my pc, I couldn’t quite figure out whether I was having an issue with my motherboard or RAM - turns out it was both! First point of contact was on the phone where I spoke to tony who was very polite and helpful and clearly knew what he was talking about when it comes to computers which allowed me to put a lot of faith into him. Upon meeting tony and handing over my pc to be fixed again very polite and told me the stages he would take to resolving the issue and how long it would take - I didn’t expect to receive my computer back the next day, Which is exactly the ideal situation! Throughout the repair tony made sure to keep me updated with photos and phone calls which I found reassuring as I have an expensive piece of kit. He also took the time to clean the computer by completely stripping it down to bare bones to make sure there is no dust or dirt. Before repair we did discuss pricing which I was very pleased with specially with the quality and how quick tony did the repair. He got to work straight away and provided me with a great service! Upon collecting my computer Toni gave me plenty of time to make sure I was happy with the repair which again was helpful and also called to make sure everything was still great after a day or so of using my computer. Overall fantastic experience and will sure to use Tony again in the future!
I would highly recommend Tony. He is extremely easy to communicate with and was always available to answer any of my problems/queries. Very knowledgeable, honest and also guides you through the process. A really nice guy who genuinely cares about his customers.
I am over the moon with my experience with Tony, my laptop was severely damaged and I needed it repairing ASAP. I was panicking because all my university work was on the broken laptop he got me up and running on a new laptop saved all my work from the old laptop onto the new one all in an afternoon on a Sunday so I could finish my assignment. He is a life saver and talked me through everything, gave me a good deal and made sure I was okay such a gentleman and kind soul. He really cares about his work and making his customers happy. Very very impressed and would only use him now for any technical issues ! 100% recommend .
Within Unbelievable money and time,, he repaired my laptop screen within 24 hour without any obstacles.. Thanku so much PC repair squad.. After fed-up from this... I sent my laptop to another shop but after 4 days still not any repair, she just told me , i want time and not clear the things and also told me , i have broken it seriously and it's not easy to repair.
Excellent service, Excellent person! I seen this company on google maps, as my pc had stopped working and i didnt know what to do. I needed to know what to do so i got in reach with Tony and we sorted out the problem, a new computer with great parts for a good price. He began working on it right away and my new computer was here the next day. Thank you to Tony who was friendly, explained the whole process and made a new desktop in a short space of time. We then checked through my desktop to ensure it was running smoothly and that I was happy with it, he always ensures the customer is happy. I would highly recommend this company for fast and professional service!
