Ive got an Lenovo ideas centre all in 1 and i needed it speeded up I took it over on Wednesday afternoon and had it back by lunchtime on Thursday fixed and it seems to be ok would recommend them i dealt with John who explained everything he even rang me on Wednesday pm to see if he could double the Gb to 8gh instead of 4

My computer broke just before Christmas and I was panicking. I needed that computer for January when schools start back for home learning. On 23rd December I took it to PC World and they refused to help me as I didn't have protection plan and run out of warranty  The same day on Google I found FIX - PC. Phoned them up. Even when they said that they are busy, I was offered to bring it in and they will look at it. I was prepared to wait till January, but that same day I received a phone call that all is fixed and ready to pick up  I am very very grateful to John that on 24th December I got my computer back and all fixed, so I didn't needed to stress over Christmas period if all will be ok. Needles to say I will not go anywhere else to fix my computer and definitely will recommend FIX - PC to everyone

We have used David and his team for approx 8 year now and can totally recommend their service.   David himself has a vast experience in IT and is excellent at his job as well as his team. Cracked the screen on my laptop, with a business review the next day.  Fix-PC changed my screen within 20 mins and charged half of what PC World quoted.  Excellent five star service.  Would recommend to all.

Although it's now a wee bit out of the way for me, I continue to use Fix-PC. Previously for laptop upgrade. Recently June 2017 to buy refurbished desk top and new monitor. Helpful guys, great at explaining options,  deliver on time for good prices.

John explained fully what was wrong with my laptop and what he needed to do. Laptop as good as new in 24 hours. Will definitely recommend.
