Please be advised that if you are charging your vehicle to REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN THE DAKOTA HOTEL OR YOU WILL GET A FINE. If you have received a fine the hotel can potentially help to cancel but this is at their discretion. There were loads of bays available and I only knew to register my vehicle registration due to another Tesla owner advising me at the time or else I may have ended up with a £100 fine as this is a #paybyphone car park.
Lovely charging facility with nice and chic and clean hotel and restaurant. Best Tesla super charger location I have seen so far. We should have more like this in and around Home counties
Parked in Tesla bay to charge our model 3 for 57 minutes then left straight after. Didn’t even get out the car bar to plug/unplug. £100 penalty notice received. No obvious signage at all. Appealed ticket and even provided evidence of the payment invoice for the charge. Appeal rejected with reason of failing to “enter their full, correct vehicle registration into the payment machine or terminal on site”. I don’t even know where this located and I still don’t as I didn’t see anything on the way out either. There is also nothing to advise of the terms and conditions on the list of Tesla chargers on the website. There should be a clear physical sign on the Tesla chargers themselves to highlight that a registration number must be entered and also provide the location of said machine!. Disappointed to say the least. Avoid if you don’t want a ridiculous and unjustified parking ticket.

12 stalls and never an issue charging, quick splash and dash. Don't ever open up the SuC network Tesla!!!
I just received a £100 penalty for stopping to charge my tesla 3 in this place. I spent 35 minutes. No warning you can get penalties for stopping in this place. Beware!!
Good central location next to motorway and not had issues getting a stall yer. Well lit and safe. V2 supercharger, manage around 138kW/ 400 mph with model S
As a charger it worked well, but I received two penalties for using it for 40 minutes. £200, Unbelievable.
Awful! I charged my car and got a ticket from parking eye despite telling the hotel reception we were charging. Avoid.
I got a £100 parking charge, did not see a notice saying you have to pay. BEWARE
