a perfect example of not to judge a book by its cover, despite how the shop looks i’ve had nothing but good experiences there. kind staff and good quality food for the price. been there a few times and have done a pick up order on uber eats and they gave me free prawn crackers. great shop no idea why it’s getting such poor reviewsFood: 5/5
got a chicken choi mein and sweet and sour sauce and chicken dumplings. no flavour in the pink and soggy chicken dumplings except ginger, chicken choi mein didn’t even have any chicken in it and they didn’t even deliver the sweet and sour sauce £2.50. everyone else didn’t like their food either, a waste of moneyFood: 1/5
Amazing place, amazing staff, lovely food. I quite frequently go in and sit down while I wait for me food. While sitting I always see people come in and be very rude to the staff members because of the language barrier and it’s absolutely unnecessary. The lady on the counter has never been rude her English just isn’t the greatest and she talks quite loud. She doesn’t shout she’s just a loud talker, they are always respectful and they are always spoken to horribly by customers. They don’t deserve it. They are lovely people. The look of the shop isn’t the best but who cares. If the food is nice doesn’t matter what the shop looks like.

Sorry but I have to do this...I've spend 19 pounds on butterfly king prawns spare ribs and a house special rice and what I have got is hard to describe. The prawns as a starter was about 6.50 and I got nothing but deep fried flour with a the same tiny prawn used in other dishes, not even split as a butterfly prawns should be. It was dry, stripped of any flavour and absolutely unaccepteable : I was bit afraid to open my ''spare ribs'' container and I was right to do so, because everything has a limit... even bad, bad takeaway food. I had loads of bad experience with takeaway food and it's rare when I do what I'm doing now but the food I have received made me leave it outside for the foxes. After 2 hours since I've left it, the food was untouched. Never happened before... I've ordered through my friend's app who lives on Bruce Rd.in Mitcham . Very, very disappointing especially because I was really hungry plus the charge... Sorry guys but you can't feed people with what I had last night!
Customer service is very bad. The woman over the phone was rude and kept getting upset that I was making a large order. She kept saying oh you want more and made annoyed Noises. Then after all this she got my order wrong and when I called to tell this she was annoyed at said no we gave everything. Couldn't be asked to argue with someone who didn't look like she cared. So left it to have my food with family. Only to come to a tasteless noodles and fried rice. The king prawn butterfly prawn was very over cooked and no one ended up eating and had to throw it away. Family and guest left with very bad taste and we felt very ashamed to have ordered from here. Never will I be ordering from this place again. If I could give a zero I would.
Good taste. Well I made some order from this shop. It has been long time we didn't have Chinese food.. so, I make order special fried rice, ckn black been sauce, fried ckn dumpling and also sweet & sour soup. Which is very good. My family enjoyed it. Will order againFood: 5/5
From hero to zero over the years! The last time we order here! Ordered Roc, got what looks like hake. The crispy chicken, besides not being crispy, is pale in colour, and a very strange colour for being cooked? Havent eaten either! Ordered and eaten other items which seem ok but this is the last time we will order.
One star for answering phone. 1hr 50mins later,my cold order arrived..rejected order. Had cheese on toast instead. Not sure if Oyster staff are influenced by a full moon,manic depression, chip fat highs,or rotation of old/new/desperate for work team members. Bizarre. Bonkers. Botched. Bad. Blunt..
Disgusting had a delivery today one piece of cod was rock hard couldn’t get a knife through it it cost £17,00 for 2large cod and 1 large chips where do they get there prices from my husbands fish was lukewarm. He did eat it since then we are waiting for him to get food poisoning, and if he does, I’ll be taking matters further as he is 84 years old. My daughter has put this review up for me as I am elderly as well on the door. It has a four star rating. I don’t know how as the paste is disgusting I don’t know how because the place is disgusting never again will we be eating from there?
