Always struggled with Chinese takeaways with my girlfriend’s nut allergy but finally found one that can understand/answer the question to put you at ease. Will be our go to from now. Lady on the phone/front desk is the best I have dealt with from a Chinese anywhere before. Dietary restrictions: Phone up to ask about allergies and the lady is very helpful on the phone
We ordered food from here and after 90 minutes it still hadn’t arrived despite advertising a 15-30 minute delivery timeframe on just eat. Glad we were able to get our order cancelled eventually as it was clearly never going to show up and I can see other bad reviewsFood: 1/5
I can't understand why this place has such bad reviews... I picked up food from here after work a couple of weeks ago. The man who served me was friendly and the service was quick. The food was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Will be returning!!Food: 5/5
I am glad the lady at the counter was rude to me because it has terrible reviews. I asked what one of the dishes contained and then i asked about another and she was very sarcastic and not at all happy to help me. I put the menu back in the container and said no thankyou and don't be rude to me and then i left. Another customer was there who ordered before me and the lady told her to sit down because she was walking around and she was waiting ages for a her food after being told to wait 5 minutes. The owners are probably wondering why people buy from them because they are rude and judging from the reviews, have low quality food
Ordered via deliveroo, food came quite fast which was great! Pay for what you get sort of food, can't expect 5* grade food for cheap prices, although they do make a great peaking duck, very crispy and tasted amazing, could do with more pancakes though.
Ordered from here. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, was cold and order incorrect. Chicken instead of duck, no satay sauce & wrong rice. The food that did arrive was terrible. Vinegary sauces and incredibly overcooked chicken.Food: 1/5
My food leaked all outside the bag on delivery, they didn't arrange another delivery so I had to go there, and they wouldn't even give me any discount or offer anything for free. They don't speak English at all so was hard speaking to them. Waisted so much time getting my dinnerFood: 3/5
The chow mein here is nice, its a shame that its all ruined by the horrible service, the Chinese woman woking at the counter is rude and obnoxious and no matter when you come in shes always in a bad mood, on my last visit i asked for 2 forks, she only gave one, when i asked her for the other one again she rudely slammed the forks on the counter. Its a shame, great food but hostile order taker ruining it for the business.
So I ordered in person, got boiled rice instead of fried, got veggie spring rolls instead of the meat kind, and for 12 spent 8 on the pork and rice box quid, I'd expect more than the 5 pieces of pork I got in my Hong Kong style pork and at least half the correct order. I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but really.
Very good value for money. I got a "special set meal A" which was 6 sweet and sour chicken balls with egg fried rice and black bean chicken for £9. It was perfectly nice but not mind blowing. The black bean chicken was supposed to be spicy but I found it to be quite plain. That said I would order from here again as the value for money was good and their starters are very nice from previous experience. We ordered in person and it took about 10 minutes for them to serve us and a further 20 minutes to give us our food so not too bad interns of waiting times, although not ideal at the moment as your only option is to wait outside.
