Pleasant experience. 
Receptionists lovely, helpful and friendly. Hygienist also helpful and gave good advice. Dentist super, also gave good advice. Appointments were spot on time.

Cheerful receptionists, welcoming building, relaxing decor, "non dentisty" pleasant waiting room ( and no TV  = good ;-) ), appointments started and finished on time. Obviously a very skilled dentist - I appreciated the time he gave to allow me to absorb information and make my decisions, and also how he explained solicitously but succinctly what was he about to do next or what was about to happen next during the procedure. Excellent!

A few changes since I last visited the welcome was not as warm and the survey seemed to be causing delays and patient anxiety.

As ever Ruth was spot on and made me feel relaxed, it’s a great practice all round.

called to ask for an appointment due to an old filling falling out. The practise made an appointment quickly and to my convenience. Once at the appointment i was seen quickly and the filling dealt with. Everyone at the practice was professional,  efficient and very pleasant
