Really disappointed by this company. After installing 2 TVs, which kept losing signal, they came back 2-3 times, but had no idea of how to solve the problem. I got fed up of calling them. They said problem was with internal wiring. I spent money calling in electricians, sky, etc to no avail. Turns out to have been a faulty cable to the splitter box, which was found by another company within 3 mins. Trying to get them to change the cable - and it has now been well over 12 months of problems - was like trying to get blood out of a stone. They refused to accept that the cable was faulty - and anyway its now out of warranty.  I'd never use them again or recommend them.
