Ordered a repeat prescription on Monday 5th, still waiting after 4 days, but considering the last one took 13 days, I suppose there's hope yet! What's this 48 hour service all about then?

Took a prescription in and was told to call back in 15min came back after 20mins prescription was still on the board had to wait another 10mins won't be using boots again
