France and Spain are the inspirations for a simple and delicious cuisine. Le service? A la Francaise! Service à la Française has held a prominent position within French cuisine until the mid 19th Century. It’s about Sharing from the variety of plates on offer.
We have set ourselves the exciting task to re introduce service à la Française into the populace; right back into the 21st Century. Dalston is our home. London is our playground. We create experiences.
