Honestly I feel very sad writing this review, because the Dentist Chris and the receptionist Miss Natalie,  were very friendly to me, but deep down I honestly feel cheated/lied to. Why ?!. This is why - I visited the Dental Care exactly 10 days ago from today. I explained to Miss Deril my tooth agony and she hurriedly explained I needed an appointment. And Charges were 60 pounds for appointment confirmation which I paid . Appointment day came and I arrived on time hoping for better nights after this. I met a different happier and welcoming receptionist Miss Natalie. I explained my being there and she warmly asked me to wait for the Dentist, which I did.  A few minutes later I was ushered to the Dentist. I met Dr Chris, the Dentist. He greeted me warmly and asked my issue. I explained and he requested to check my tooth. My tooth was halfway damaged touching my nerves hence the pain , Dr Chris explained. "And the best solution was to have it removed". Anyone who has had a toothache would understand that those are the best words one enjoys to here. So I obliged to the advice, but Dr Chris explained further since it was a second Molar , I require an Xray to help relay how deep it has touched my nerves, so as to be safe during extraction. All I needed was this tooth OUT and pain GONE. He took me back to the receptionist Miss Natalie. And explained I'll receive a call by the day for my Xray, which will determine and assist on getting my problem solved. And he wrote a prescription of Amoxicillin which I later bought at the pharmacy. And bid them goodbye/see you soon; going home to wait for the call. 10 Days later am still waiting for the call . Sleepless nights , Painful days , swollen jaw , massive headache , immune to pain killers. My question is - Was the 60 Quid paid for a friendly, "Yes you have a toothache", affirmation that I already knew or what was it for ?!. Because I honestly didn't and still DON'T understand what I did or went wrong . And yes I called again to follow up, but I was asked to wait someone will call me. I guess the phone line was jammed , hence the NEVER call back call. Honestly I hope you all understand the pain one is in when they visit you with a toothache. But I guess it depends on who the client is right .  Yours VERY VERY disappointed Client in PAIN

Really friendly team and great dentists. Felt really comfortable, they explained every step of the treatment and all. Recommended to my friends and family.

I finally admitted I wasn’t getting into an nhs dentist and went here as I have gum disease so need a dentist, I have to say I’m more than impressed with the team here so far, had my teeth cleaned today and they’ve done a fantastic job :

Qualified doctors , very pleasant and friendly staff ! I have been afraid of dentists since childhood , but they took good care of me . I recommend it !

Massive thank you to doctor Chris for taking care of me during my teeth extraction and making sure that I’m not feeling any pain. For the first time I won’t be scared of seeing dentist again!

Had an appointment today charge me £70to look in my mouth and prescribe me antibiotics not even pain killers to help with the pain no just antibiotics £70 for that do not recommend , edit I have under the name of dickenson pennells is an old name linked to this account

I was really nervous having not been to the dentist is years. Dr Koumlelis was a god send and put me at ease

Was in the area. Had an emergency with Dr Gemma. Brilliant dentist. Resolved my pain straight away.

I would like to say a huge Thank You to Chris and the team for looking after me throughout my treatment.  I was a very nervous patient and was terrified of the dentist but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. if I can do it.... anyone can.  I definitely recommend this practice to anyone who feels the same as I did.  Chris talked me through everything that was going to happen on each visit

Very friendly and helpful. happy with my care at the practice I would recommend this practice. Amie the patient care coordinator was really informative.
