Great understanding practice! Visited Bupa Dental Care Raynesway for an emergency appt after being in agony with a tooth. I am a very nervous patient /have anxiety at dental appts but everyone was really friendly, helpful , understanding and put me at ease even when I recently revisited for further concerns. Feel like I can finally get my dental care sorted. Thank you, especially to the dentist Aneesah , Jackie and the rest of the reception team for your help sorry I didn't get everyone's name.

Came here today as a new patient for an Emergancy/assessment at alvaston. The dentist Aneesah and her assistant were so helpful , kind and made me feel at ease. I’m definitely staying with these for my treatment! and now I have hope that they can fix my teeth as it was getting me down. Very lovely staff here and the reception team. Thank you!

I required emergency dental treatment and after contacting 111 I rang this dental surgery and they were able to offer me an appointment. After an examination it was agreed an extraction would be necessary. Their level of care was exceptional and despite a difficult removal of the tooth the crown was fractured I’m back home resting and pain free. Dental appointments are difficult to obtain and toothache can be unbearable. My sincere appreciation to all at this surgery for excellent treatment. Highly recommended.

After a broken down lower jaw molar tooth was causing me terrible pain over the weekend, I called Raynesway dental on the Monday, morning expecting a same day emergency appointment as I am a patient. I was told I should have phoned when they opened as the emergency appointment had already gone. They offered me an appointment for Thursday! There was no concern or interest in me and I was blamed. I was feeling ill with the pain and could hardly talk or swallow.  There was bad swelling and infection. I have been a customer for quite a few years. They have taken a lot of cash off me for routine work - and yet, when you need them most. They could not have been more unhelpful. One emergency appointment a day?! Fortunately for me ANOTHER dental practise took pity on me and dealt with my situation with enormous kindness although I was not a patient of theirs.  The receptionist made it her mission to try and get help for me - Moreover, the dentist himself even stayed over time to perform the extraction. What a contrast! A fair weather dentist practise like Raynesway Dental is best avoided.

Really good service and treatment here, the team are fantastic and the dentist was superb.

I chose this practice as it was close to where I lived at the time, there were no NHS places so I would be a private patient. After not being registered with a dentist for over 20 years, I was aware I needed quite a bit of work doing and was very apprehensive about attending.  The experience here was as awful as I'd imagined, if not worse. The dentist was patronising and came across as though there was no point in giving me a detailed summary of the work I needed doing as I wouldn't be able to afford it. I had some x-rays taken I think so it looked like he'd actually done something, which when I came to pay was eyewatering. I felt judged, belittled and embarrassed. Safe to say I never returned and they missed out on over £2,000 for work which I had done at a dental practice recommended to me where I felt welcomed, at ease and comfortable.  The customer service was shocking!!

Went in for an emergency extraction Jackie on reception got me in really quickly and was really helpful, Aneesha was amazing cant fault the service in and out with little pain would recomend 100%

Clean, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable - parking is the only issue as limited

Friendly, helpful, professional and very clean. Maybe more pricey than NHS but you get what you pay for.

Got me in for an emergency appointment last thing on a Saturday and were kind, understanding and reassuring. Thank you!
