it was around 1:56 when I went up to the desk where a few librarians had started working just to ask a simple question since I have never been here before I was waiting for them to notice me not paying much attention when one of the librarians with red hair said WE HAVEN'T STARTED YET, WE START AT 2PM, in literally the rudest tone I have ever heard. Quite rude considering there was about 4 minutes to go until 2, you would absolutely never say that to anyone in any other kind of job. So inconsiderate and rude get better staff, will never come back here.

Really nice library and I like the automated checkout system. Unfortunately it has been affected by spending cuts.

Was a great little library now reduced by spending cuts. Note all your opening times for this library are out of date and most of the time only self service (you need to have a door code to get in).

It used to be a charming, friendly and comfortable well stocked library, now it's just awful, souless and depressing, what a waste and shame on the council, happy now ?
