When the library is closed with self service only, the Indian security man makes the loudest noise by shouting instructions through the glass door. His self important behaviour mainly consists of shouting through the glass door to customers they cannot come in without finding out more. There is no politeness, just plain rudeness and unhelpful behaviour.
