Annoyingly noisy with a frequenter who likes “shiushiushiushiu” loudly. No stuff tries to make the library quiet.

This library is probably the sole reason Libraries are dying out! Staff are extremely unhelpful, bordering on rude in fact, the new `self serve` system is a farce as having an up to date Membership card is not sufficient to register for it. You need to take proof of address in before you can register I think. The staff member I had the misfortune to deal with was more interested in drinking her coffee than explaining the requirements of the new system!

More books in local bookshop than library! All B’s libraries are the same.Philistines!!

The new self service system is a complete waste of time. Staff are very unhelpful when they are there and books are never in stock
