Had varied experiences here. I struggled to find anything to my taste when I was shopping for my wedding dress. I found the service pushy and cramped and very overcrowded. However my friend had a good experience here, her appointment was relaxed and she found lots of choice for her taste. The shop was emptier with only 1 other bride in when my friend was looking so the place was not so cramped. Staff made everyone a cup of tea. We visited during prom season and there was lots of choice of bridesmaid and evening dresses upstairs.

I had my Bridesmaid dresses made here but overall I wasn't happy with the dresses.

I have to say at the beginning they were brilliant - allowed me to visit after work and were the most professional and accommodating out of the places I had visited. However while the dresses were being made I almost felt like I was wasting their time. Then when they were all finished the dresses didn't even match each other - the straps/necklines were different. Plus, to say they were made to measure they actually fit quite poorly. It was perhaps a difficult as my bridesmaids all lived outside the area so they only had 2 or 3 fittings. But to be fair I discussed all this with the ladies in store and at the time it wasn't a problem.

I'm sorry but I don't think I would recommend this place.
