Story

Oscar & Bentleys is an intimate bistro set in one of Canterbury's beautiful, historic buildings, with a modern art deco interior. We serve classic & inspired seasonal dishes. Quality is at the heart of everything we do - from our carefully selected suppliers to the finishing detail of our dishes. LOVED THIS PLACE! Will definitely be coming back : my best friend is coeliac and this was the first time she could have anything off of the menu. The food and service was great with reasonable prices. Bathrooms were lovely too.
The food was very nice. Great service, they even brought out a bowl of water for our dog. Would recommend and I would visit again..
The food was absolutely delicious - very tasty and well presented BUT I am "assuming" our server was having a very bad day. Asked for a baby seat and eventually thought we had to get it ourselves. Very unfriendly service to the extent that we thought we were disrupting their afternoon and actually couldn't wait to leave.
Fantastic gluten free-only restaurant with food that tastes great!! The chicken wings, shrimp tempura and sticky toffee pudding were amazing!! The servers were absolutely lovely and didn't judge us for only ordering lots of starters and desserts haha

I have been first time in this fabulous restaurant today. The wonderfully deco inside and very friendly atmosphere. The food was just an amazing look and taste. I am a food photographer and with the honest, I can recommend this Restaurant for 100%. Great service and delicious food.
Been here twice, both times the service was great and the food was delicious. The staff are super friendly and the food is tasty, I recommend it, especially the desserts.
Simply wonderful food and service with a smile. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a meal that was so delicious, and the customer service was excellent. A lovely atmosphere too and perfect seating - I highly recommend Oscar and Bentleys as great place to eat in Canterbury.
