Amazing. Staff are so helpful and polite. If you are going here for school shoes and the rest of the uniform its good however if your child fits into tennahe trousers and the rest its hard to find the stock in store. All the shop was clean and very tidy.
This place is excellent and I thoroughly recommend that you visit it helps if you are middle class middle aged with he Middling income then these products will be perfect for you if you are an urban youth then you may find that there are shops better suited to your tastes and special urban desires
Good selection of summer linen shirts which is what I wanted. Out of stock of triple packs of 16'' regular white short sleeve with breast pocket though. Need to sort this out as been in store twice and looked online.

Food hall staff are freindly and helpful. XXX make feel welcome. Clean store and M&S food so good!!!! Love their food!!!
No tables left in Pret. All other cafes had queues outside with this being the first weekend after government restrictions got tighter. I guess we all know we could be heading for lockdown #2. M&S came to the rescue. Bought lots of nice goodies for lunch and went back home to enjoy instead.
A good place to shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cafe is also well run and excellently staffed.
