Repaired my vito but new bumper was not put on correctly and got a call that it was ready but when I arrived the refurbishment wheel was not ready so had to call back at the end of the day, was told it would not take long to change but it took an hour. Not very happy.

Most all of the staff were friendly and diagnosed vehicle problem efficiently.  The downside is, very little space in the yard and absolutely no room for trailer. Plus, the usual health and safety rubbish spouted from one staff member.
