Extremely disappointed as they charged* me a lot of money for giving a quote. Didn't do any work on the car. Took the car to another garage. Absolutely disgraceful

I left my digitcard in one off lorry. I asked manchetts office to take them out for me.This normally takes 5min not 8 hrs.

17.07.17 I've called reception that the red light control is showing up meaning that the engine is overheating. For 70 £ (instead recovery vehicle what is quite clear for me that should be sent at first place !) they've sent to me a man who wiped engine with finger and said that for another 80£ they send me a recovery vehicle to take my car to garage.
