After a thorough examination of the car, and reviewing and verifying all relevant documents and ID, I was offered an acceptable figure for my vehicle. Thank you for a seamless process. I would recommend anyone to deal with Rachel.
The process of selling my car to We Buy Any Car, Newmarket, was very straightforward and quick due, in no small measure, to Rachael who explained and conducted the process with patience, good humour and was a pleasure to deal with. Importantly, the price offered was very fair, much better than the dealer trade in valuation. Highly recommended.
Booked an appointment for 17:00. Had to wait 40 minutes because other people where late for there appointments not the man’s fault who saw me but a flawed system by far 2 people came in before me and they both left because of ridiculous valuations. My value online was £14,000 I was anticipating a £500 reduction due to two small supermarket dings on the door and an alloy scuff. So £13,500 was what I was expecting. After he made a big deal about the two tiny dings on the door to justify the price he was going to offer me he told me my car was a grade 4 and it was worth £11,900, £2,100 less for maybe £400-500 worth of damage. I immediately protested and suddenly the valuation jumped up by nearly £500. Which I refused and referred to the valuing system as ‘criminal’ He then said to me there was something else he could do by putting the price I wanted into his marketing system. All this time my wife and baby had been waiting as I had anticipated selling the car. The marketing system then refused the price. Huge waste of time we all know the representatives are paid more to knock the price down but by £2,000 honestly. It is criminal as if someone who didn’t know the worth of there car or someone easily led with 0 experience would be taken advantage of. So to summarise. Really disorganised and crazy valuations. I really hope people don’t get taken advantage of.

Rachel at Newmarket was absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and made me feel completely comfortable. No pushy selling, fair valuation and the whole process explained from start to finish. I had to change the time of my appointment on the day twice thanks children! which i appreciate is really annoying but she didnt mind at all. Was ready and waiting with a smile Management take note! Really easy to sell your car, process very quick, just remember, if you have any alloy wheel scuffs or dents, they will knock you down considerably- which is understandable... Still got a good price, than trading into a main dealer.
