Had a table booked but then still had to wait over 30 minutes for food after ordering. Ordinarily wouldn’t mind this with good food but the chicken burger had minimal chicken and mainly batter and the French toast was very salty. Chips were really good. Just expected a better experience.

Had a lovely dinner here after a day of sailing. We didn’t have a booking but managed to get a table on a Saturday evening which was great. Had a great beer and a lovely fish and chips! Great service too. Would definitely return!

A perfect ending to a holiday in the outer Hebrides.nAby, our waitress, had excellent knowledge of the wine, the food and the cheese.nNut roast was excellent on a Sunday, Malaysian chicken very flavoursome and the cheeseboard superb. The gluten free biscuits work well too.nWhat a discovery. Highly recommended!

Unable to comment on the rooms here but the food/drinks are easily the best I've had in Scotland for this price. Beautiful location and a bit quieter than I expected. Service was fabulous. Can't wait to come back

While visiting my daughter in Falkirk, I was looking for a nice restaurant to take her and her hubby out to eat. I saw this restaurant and it has great reviews. I was not disappointed! The view of the bridge set the mood. Everyone was happy with the service, food, and drink options. It was a place that no one has visited before, and both my daughters and her husband said they would return. I am back in Texas now, but I would definitely return to this restaurant.
