I had the best experience buying a perfume from Robert a few months ago. He was patient and helpful while I took my time choosing, and incredibly friendly and kind, offering me tea and biscuits, and even engraving the lid of the bottle I purchased with my initials - such a delightful touch. It was a genuinely luxurious and fun experience - streets ahead of buying perfume in a department store or chain. I can't wait until I'm back in London to visit again!
Amazing quality fragrances, one of my favorites. This boutique offers 10 ml sizes and allows you to customize an extrait version of a fragrance by choosing the color of the bottle and adding an engraving to it. Perfect for gifts. The staff were very nice and helpful. Will always visit whenever I'm in London again!

Over a decade ago Ormonde Jayne's Osmanthus was my first niche perfume purchase and I'm so thrilled that the brand is still going strong. In a larger location down the arcade, no less! Massive props to Robert, the manager, who is so knowledgeable, heard me out, showed me several things I knew I'd love Champaca, pushed my comfort zone to show me scents I never would've considered on my own Arabesque, Muscat, and lavished me with samples to continue exploring the line after leaving London. Gorgeous perfumes here and top notch staff. An essential on a London shopping trip.

I initially had a problem over the weekend trying to get an order, due to temporary construction works at the shop in Royal Arcade. After sending a complaint, the owner called me directly and helped me to resolve the issue to a level of satisfaction that goes above and beyond. This truly is a great luxury brand and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Outstanding customer service and fragrances that will leave you in astonishment and awe.
