Nothing compared to the experience and service I had at the Kilian boutique in Paris and Lugano. The customer service at Kilian London is hit and miss. The lovely brunette girl is a gift of a customer service rep! The man also provides superb CS. Really fabulous! However, AVOID the blonde older lady!!! She is cold, unengaged, will leave you to marinate in uncomfortable silence, providing DIS-service rather than helping you find you special scent. She would've been more appropriately placed selling tomatoes at a market rather than luxury perfumes. I personally would never buy my Kilians from her, and perhaps would generally avoid this place in the future. When one shops luxury, they seek 360 degrees holistic luxury experience. A high-end brand can really suffer from having such employees as brand ambassadors!
