I received wonderful customer service from Kirsty, she was fantastic and patient as we searched for a style of jean to suit me. Full of suggestions and nothing was too much trouble, a superb experience, I am thrilled with my new jeans! Thank you!
I took some jeans back that didn't fit properly and asked for a refund. The bloke attending me had an attitude which wasn't exactly welcoming. As I left I heared a female assistant say "look how he walks", as I am disabled this just confirmed to me how thoughtless some people can be. They have lost my custom that's for sure.
