Had an issue regarding my car. Yesterday, Ben at Orbit helped me tremendously with my issues and was very generous with his time and efforts to fix those issues. Having used Orbit for many years, they are a genuine family run team that offer a great service which I would highly recommend.

I had an engine fault light come on while travelling on the A6.. I was lucky to get an appointment at Orbit the nearest garage I could find at 4.30pm the same day… between Xmas and new year when a lot of garages were closed. They were very busy when I arrived but I was greeted at the car park and directed to a space and reception by Elliot. Jane, the office manager, then booked me in and I waited nervously to see what the issue was. Richard, the workshop manager, came and explained exactly what the problem was, quoted me a price and then ordered the parts which were delivered, and the car fixed, while I waited, all before they finished at 5.30!! Absolutely incredible service. Jane and Richard were both friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The price quoted seemed reasonable and the quick service so late in the day was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending this garage and was very grateful for their help so I could get home to Lincolnshire :

Shocking!!! Had my MOT done here asked for the brake pads to be checked as I had a rubbing noises from the back wheel, when I collected my car I was told my pads are absolutely fine! 3 days later I had my wheel bearings changed only for the mechanic  not Orbit  to tell me I needed new brake pads as the one I asked Orbit to check were none existent  needless to say I absolutely will not be returning withy custom!!

A very welcoming & honest approach to vehicle repairs. Genuinely pleased with their service and price, would definitely recommend!

Had all new discs and pads done last year had nothing but problems ever since. Taken the van back 3 times under warranty to have a 3 new sets of pads fitted to the same front wheel. Now the rears need replacing as well. All new brakes should last more than 1 year! Because I refused to pay for any more work they fitted a dangerous, illegal tyre just out of spite. Also tried to tell me my car needed all new discs and pads, took it to a different garage they said the discs are absolutely fine and the pads have another 10,000 miles left. Do not use these cowboys! I have contacted head office and trading standards!
