Well I was totally impressed with the customer service provided by Orbit Tyres last week. Woke to a puncture in my rear tyre so decided to visit them first thing to see if they could repair it. I didn't book and waited about 20 mins before they could have a look at my tyre. Unfortunately it was not an easy process due to the wheel been seized on. After alot of hammer banging the wheel finally came off. Two remove nails later and the tyre was back on my car..... all done!!!!

What a brilliant place to visit. Very busy, but very accommodating and talked me through what needed doing on my Golf R32. Now Drives 100 times better. Good to speak to people who know what there doing rather than pretending to know what there doing. RecommendedService:&nbsp;Tires

Brilliant service.  Had a problem with air pressure and drove in without any kind of notice. They immediately looked for the problem while they were really busy and found a screw, repaired quickly and charge was extremely low.  Don't live in area and was back in the road to dive 180 miles. I cannot stress enough how helpful orbit have been to me  Craig and Elliot especially  within the last couple weeks even though there was no business guaranteed with them they still helped me out massively. Anyone thinking of using them it is a no brainer! They have restored my faith in car garages

I had a spring in my tyre when at work, I live far away and made it down to Orbital. I was greeted on arrival and told instead of a new tyre they would try to repair it, it was tricky but they managed to do it and waited inside for hardly anytime once it was fixed. Useless at 4 wheel tracking. You dont get a before and after print out of the gesometry. Go somewhere else.  So as an update....  5 stars to Ben at Orbit for his honest and high integrity approach to my complaint. Of course all businesses and all people can make mistakes, that's easy. Listening and fixing mistakes with honesty isn't always easy but I am very happy and its now 5 stars to orbit for their response.Service:&nbsp;Steering &amp; suspension repair

Always a pleasure going to Orbit tyres. Cars are a nightmare and when they break what better than Orbit to the rescue. As always...many thanks..much appreciated.

Even though they seem like nice people I had an alignment done and my car still pulled to the left, I noticed on the sheet they provided that the camber and caster were not altered. They never mentioned that they only adjust toe, or asked if I wanted a "full adjustment" this is the easiest adjustment to make which makes them seem lazy..

Absolutely brilliant service, went in today with a flat tyre, they didn’t have the make in stock that i wanted so ordered it in for first thing tomorrow morning but in the mean time lent me a new cheap tyre to get to my meeting i was running late for free of charge . Top guys i would highly recommendService:&nbsp;Tires
