The people that work here are amazing my car went from completely not working to them fixing my whole engine and my electricals! Can’t praise them enough for there services and the way they made me feel so reassured about everything I would email on the daily to see how my car was getting on in pure panic and they always knew how to calm me down even there wording in emails were spot on and amazing! The lady on reception was a diamond when it came to picking up the car she made me feel at ease with some questions I had! I asked for a mot there they got me booked in and of course it passed because they’re experts  on every little detail to my car! They said any questions don’t feel hesitant to call or email which I do as I’m an overthinking and suffers with anxiety! Honestly go to thease guys they’re amazing! I had a car radio intermittent problem for a long time decided to bite the bullet and go see the experts,  didn't have to wait long. Jason  got me in dignosed the issue for me, turned out it wasn't the radio it was the amplifier. Now searching for recon amplifier. Now I know what the problem was all along great service very happy. We had just hooked up to go away with the caravan and found a problem with tow bar. Well what can I say took it to JVC auto at the last min to see if they would help, they where amazing from the min we got there till our car was fixed. Even though they where busy they had us back on the road in no time and for cost I was amazed how little I paid for a last min electrical problem. All I. Jay and the team and great guys, I always feel looked after and trust their advice. I never feel they are trying to make me have work done that isn’t needed in fact they often say ‘there is this but it will be fine until next time or come back in three months and we’ll check on it’. 100% recommend them

They fitted my car in last minute for an mot. Very honest and happily discussed price options and ranges. Very friendly and would definitely recommend and use again.

Very professional, did exactly what they said they would within the time they told us it would take. Removed front and rear cameras, wouldn't even know they had been in the car. Covid safe  would highly recommend. Will be going back to have cameras put in new car.
