I needed an emergency appointment during Easter week and was luck enough to be referred here from an unrelated practice in Oswestry. Unusually, the practice is based in a sort of business park, and not that easy to find - but I was very impressed with the whole place, once I'd arrived. That day, the receptionist was ill, so the Practice Manager was on the phone and at the front desk. Boy, was she good: a brilliant combination of relaxed and calming on the one hand, and highly organised and professional on the other. I spent about an hour in the waiting room, so I saw a lot of coming and going - professional staff and patients. It was all very reassuring. Anyway, I got exactly the treatment I needed (re-cementing and wayward bridge) and the bill was absolutely reasonable. This review is a sort of thank-you for the high quality and generous service I experienced
