Staff are polite. Prices are horrific. I always used specsavers but was concerned about my eye health and wanted the soonest appointment. I soon got pulled into buying from them. Everything is an option and ended up spending over 300 pounds on one set. Back at specsavers again, litterally half the price. If your on a budget especially in this climate, specsavers and boots offer the best deals. Would never use or recommend again.
The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.The optometrist was very knowledgable and friendly also and explained rationale for changes in my prescription. My only gripe is that I thought that the price of the lenses were a bit expensive! However, my overall experience was pleasant and I would recommend and use Vision Express again.
Ladies were lovely and very helpful giving me the best offers and choosing the best style for me as I'm very indecisive. Brilliant selection of stylish glasses for reasonable prices. Usually go to specsavers but I found vision express had more to choose from in my price bracket.
As a person who suffers from Anxiety I felt very safe and calm. I told the them when I entered that I suffer from Anxiety and they were very professional in doing what they needed todo. All covid secure measures in place and excellent service in choosing my new glasses. Would recommend
I had been into boots to look at a second pair of glasses as I needed them to fit into a pair of enduro goggles but with ittle to no success I nipped into Vision Express, the staff went above and beyond to help and managed to get around all the issues I had with my current glasses. I would definitely recommend Vision Express, all the staff are a credit to this store and the branch manager should be very proud , I honestly can not thank you all enough. Thank you once again, Ryan
I understand that vision express is a business that needs to make money, but personally I feel that translates too much in the store. All of the staff seem less concerned about my actual eye test results than what they can try and sell. To the point where I've never had astigmatism and just found it on the prescription, no lt even mentioned during the visit.
As ever extremally professional, the staff listen to your concerns and are attentive to your need's. and selecting new frames was fun, and opinions as to the style and weather they suited me where honest. Thats why I DIDNT buy bright yellow frames!! The price of the product I choose was slightly more than i was going to spend but the look was great. Thank You Team Vision Express Melton Mowbray
Much improved from my visit a from a few years ago. Before the ex-store manager Jo actively ignored me when I approached her to ask for help and actively walked away with no acknowledgement at all. I just found her particularly rude and hurtful. I've always found the other members of this store helpful and friendly, but above all decent.
The staff especially Krystyna were all very friendly and extremely helpful at the Melton Mowbray branch. The Optometrist was very knowledgable and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this branch.
This was the best experience of an eye test I have had. The staff were efficient and keen to put me at ease. I was seen by Krishna who was clearly very skilled, knowledgeable and kind. I at no point felt any pressure to make a purchase but if I need to, I will certainly do so at this store. I highly recommend it.
