I had a thoroughly pleasant visit to this practice this morning. Lovely dentist and dental nurse. All the staff very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't change my practice. Very satisfied
Have been going to this dentist for a few years now the reception staff are always very helpful and professional and the dentist is excellent would not go anywhere else
Went for an emergency appointment and they somehow missed a tooth infection was causing the pain. Another emergency appointment at another dentist and got antibiotics and strong pain killers.
Absolute joke of a practice, arrived 2 minutes late and was told that the dentist could not see me due to being 2 minutes late, this practise seems to have a lack of dentists as they constantly moving appointments but this was the last straw for me, moving the whole family to a better practise and I wouldn’t recommend this practise to anyone
Absolutely fantastic service everytime, I am personally petrified of the dentist and every single staff member from reception to the dentists are fantastic and so reassuring!! Extremely good at what they do too!! I really hope they can open spaces up for nhs clients soon as I'll be moving straight away!! Thank you too all staff!! Xx
I had an emergency dentist appointment, the dentist was lovely and extracted my tooth with ease, went through the procedure with me and the after care was great. Highly recommend,
On the 9th of February 21 at 9.30am I went for an emergency dental appointment. Being new to the area I was not too sure what I was letting myself into. I can not thank you enough for your kind gentle treatment. I like to mention the lovely receptionist who was very professional, the beautiful kind dental nurse who had two children and made me feel very calm with my breathing and also a huge thank you to the brilliant dentist. She was absolutely amazing and I felt not rushed as she talked me through everything and took all my nervous worries away. I do apologise for not remembering your names, I was far too nervousupstairs staffThe NHS is very lucky to have you. Stay safe Mandy Hart

Very Friendly and welcoming staff and although dentists can be a stressful experience, I've never had that visiting JDRM
I visited the dentist today on BH Monday. I’m a very nervous patient. My dentist was Rida she was very professional, talked me all the way through the treatment that she was doing. She put my mind at ease and was very attentive. Her dental nurse Tez was great also. She kept reassuring me asking if I was ok also very attentive. Thank you both so much.
