Hayley Travers is the nicest dentist I have been to in years. She is always kind, caring and gives the best advice on how to keep your teeth well maintained. She has never rushed and has always explained any procedure I've needed doing and gave me chance to ask any questions.
Always found staff to be polite, helpful & friendly from reception staff through to nurses. Have always found my dentist Hayley Travers to be thorough with my check ups, any work that needs completing and cleaning. I have a phobia of needles and dentists have always scared me due to a previous bad experience at another practice, Hayley has always managed to ease my anxiety and made me feel calm and relaxed throughout my treatments. Excellent dentist.
The staff are so friendly and nice here, I rang for a toothache at half past at 8 and they managed to get me in straight away. I used to see Nari for the past 3 years but as he was fully booked they put me in with Hayley. She was so good to me instead of just giving me antibiotics she right then and there worked on the tooth and I am grateful for that, as I must have taken up most her time. Thank you so much to the Staff and the Dentist for all their help. X
My first experience of treatment with Hayley Travers. She explains procedures very well and is very calm and reassuring. I have no worries about going to see her again in 3 months. Credit must also be given to her dental nurse.
I'm really nervous at the dentist but as soon as I walked in the staff made me feel so comfortable. The dentist spoke softly and calmly to me and helped me over come my fear. Hayley was just wonderful with me. She went through my oral situation with me in detail and explained my options and didn't push with anything.. I felt as ease for the first time in ages. The staff on a whole at my dentist were so great that I definitely dont feel so afraid any more and now i won't be scared to go again. Thank you mydentist for making a old timer feel new again!
I found my past and current treatments with dentist Hayley and dental nurse gracie an amazing experience as I’m not a fan of injections due to pasted experience. They both made me feel calm,relaxed and I would like to thank them both for all the treatment they have done
I wonder if all these poor reviews about a particular dentist are genuine or is it just a keyboard warrior with nothing better to do. Surely if you receive a poor service then you complain to the practice to have it resolved rather than moaning online. That’s what any normal person would do!!
This dental practice is a mad house too many patients. And substandard dental quality of care. Also they turn fones off when very busy! Completely unacceptable.
They took me on as patient, then cancelled my appointment and told me to rebook. When I went to rebook I was informed they were closing down. They knew this all along. As a result I've now gone 18 months without a check up. Not impressed.
The only issues I have, is actually being able to talk to someone to get an appointment. Three attempts and after one hour and 37 minutes, someone finally picked up the phone. This is a real shame as I have never had a bad experience once I actually have an appointment??
