It is a beautiful university. Old and modern buildings exist in harmony. Super close to the city centre as well! Great architecture and great place for learning and knowledge building
Small room downstairs was cozy. Bar along the side with a chill out area at the rear. Good for watching small artists but would say, get there early if you are not so tall. We saw Jim Bob was excellent as usual. Easy free parking on the road off. Denmark road.
My experience at the University of Manchester has been excellent, particularly in terms of the academic and wellbeing support. I am interested in understanding the mysterious algorithm used for allocating accommodations at the University of Manchester. I understand there is no guarantee of getting preferred choices. However, on a platform of more than 100 students, it was observed that people from a certain group did not receive any of their top five choices, despite applying early. When I contacted the school's accommodation team, I was told allocations are not yet complete. Why would someone not get any of their preferred options when those options haven't been fully booked? Perhaps someone impartial at the university should review what's happening.

A university with a history, reputation, and consistently high ranking for over 200 years! Truly amazing!
Massive university campus, really busy area so car parking is difficult. Plus there are road access restrictions making it difficult to find parking space, even more difficult as its near to the city and the hospitals. But a great campus although some of the buildings have been developed and renovated, some still need a bit of care,
Problem with the university which is meant to support students but is not listening to the simple demands of using our money for ethical reasons.
